Like any other group, it's not all of them, but it seems the trend is to be most of them. They are CROOKED. Doesn't seem to matter what country they are in, what position they hold, whatever. They use the power behind their office for personal gain. Sex, money, more power, what have you. I just read a out the governor of an Indian territory involved in a possible sex scandal. India is not alone, America, England and France have also had their unfair share of these leaches.
To me the fault these people are in power is half ours, the people who vote for them and the other half of the fault lies within the people who abuse our trust. For that is what our votes are, a matter of trust, to be true to the word that was given, the oath of office and to their selves, how would they like it if they were betrayed by those they trusted!
Unfortunately, the whole system world wide is screwed up. But it is better than what it has been. It would just be nice to have the people who run for offices, at all levels, live up to their humanity and be the best they can be.
My thanks to those who try to put their constituents first and do the right thing. I know it's not much, but it is from the heart.
